Train with direction, not guesswork.
Training is coaching: observe execution, apply the work, adapt it to the player’s response, and reassess. The goal is not to collect drills. The goal is to help the player understand what is being developed, why it matters, and whether it holds as the task changes.
Every recommendation connects to the player’s current priority, preparation for game transfer, and long-term goals.
Development focus
The work is built around the player’s current needs.
HITTING MECHANICS
Defense
Speed + Strength
Movement efficiency, posture, sequencing, direction, barrel accuracy, adjustability, timing, and approach. Identifying what the hitter does naturally, what limits the swing, and what needs to change.
Pre-pitch positioning, anticipation, reads, first-step quickness, routes, angles, footwork, exchanges, and throwing accuracy. Building efficient movement patterns that improve range and playmaking ability.
Movement quality, strength development, force production, rotational power, acceleration, deceleration, and durability. Building stronger, more explosive athletes who move efficiently and perform at game speed.
Session standard
A real session should create direction after the athlete leaves.
OBSERVE EXECUTION
See what the player can reproduce and where the current solution changes.
Identify what the athlete is actually doing, not what everyone thinks is happening.
ADAPT
Change the task, feedback, volume, or difficulty according to the player’s response.
Connect the adjustment to game speed, timing, approach, and repeatability.
APPLY THE WORK
Use the individualized task, drill, or progression selected for the priority.
Use simple coaching adjustments that change the movement or decision pattern.
REASSESS
Confirm what improved, what held, and what should be developed next.
Leave the athlete with a clear priority and work that can be repeated.
STARTING POINT
IN-PERSON PLAYER EVALUATION SESSIONÂ Â $250
A 60-minute, in-person assessment of one selected skill. The session establishes the natural baseline, protects what works, identifies the primary constraint, tests an adjustment, and documents the player’s response. The written evaluation is delivered within 2 business days. The standard evaluation does not include a full drill program.
Development Series
$900
A focused five-session progression.
- Five individualized training sessions
- Coaching tied to athlete priorities
- One full video analysis
- Drill progressions
- Ongoing feedback
Development Package
$2,500
A more complete coaching and tracking system.
- Ten one-hour training sessions
- Three video breakdowns
- A customized development plan
- Blast Motion integration
- Shared coaching notes
- Progress tracking
Why the packages are different
The Development Series provides a shorter coaching progression. The Development Package is not positioned as a discounted session bundle; it adds more sessions, more video review, a customized plan, technology integration, shared notes, and progress tracking.
BEFORE BOOKING
Confirm the working plan before the first session.
What the written plan confirms
- Session length and format
- Training location or remote platform
- Athlete age, level, positions, and current priority
- Which package deliverables apply
- Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and missed-session terms
- Video-review timing and how feedback is shared
- Any technology, facility, or equipment requirements
What happens after the inquiry
The player—or a parent, coach, or representative when appropriate—receives the correct service format, included work, schedule, and policies in writing before payment.
FINAL NOTE
Training and evaluation are separate services. Game-only traits are not established from controlled training alone. When a finding requires live game context or complete game footage, that limitation is stated clearly.
