Elite Athlete Mentorship

For athletes who need more than lessons.

This mentorship is built for serious players—and the parents, coaches, or representatives supporting them—who want long-term guidance, clear standards, evidence-responsible assessment, development structure, accountability, and honest direction from someone who has played it, coached it, scouted it, evaluated it, and lived it.

What makes it different

Lessons teach skills. Mentorship develops the athlete.

The mentorship is not a pay-per-session package. It is a six-month development relationship built around clarity, standards, ownership, accountability, and the athlete’s long-term direction.

Development Plan

Each athlete begins with the appropriate baseline assessment. In-person work can begin with a live Player Evaluation; remote work is limited to the evidence supplied. Coaching then turns the supported priorities into an adaptable development plan and long-term direction.

Monthly Review

Each month includes reflection, mentorship conversation, development review, and updated priorities.

Family Clarity

Parents are kept informed through onboarding, baseline summary, periodic updates, and final development direction.

Six-month structure

Built on rhythm, standards, and accountability.

Month 1

Clarity + Ownership

Current reality, development priorities, expectations, and what ownership looks like.

Month 2

Preparation + Routine

How serious preparation builds confidence and separates mood from standards.

Month 3

Emotional Regulation

Response to failure, reset speed, and competing without emotional drift.

Month 4

Competitive Identity

Confidence, presence, pressure, and how the athlete sees himself in competition.

Month 5

Decision-Making + Leadership

Game decisions, communication, consistency, and leadership through example.

Month 6

Review + Long-Term Direction

What changed, what still limits growth, and what the next phase should look like.

Fit before commitment

The consultation protects the athlete, the family, and the mentorship.

The first step is understanding the athlete’s current stage, the family’s goals, the level of support needed, and whether this mentorship is the right fit.

Inside the mentorship

The athlete is developed through more than mechanics.

  • Planned breaks
  • Family-update schedule
