DIAMONDFRAME

One coach-approved plan for the whole athlete.

DiamondFrame brings development priorities, assigned work, player feedback, and progress reviews into one clear system. Players, parents, support teams, coaches, and approved staff can understand what matters now, who is responsible, and what happens next.

WHO DIAMONDFRAME IS FOR

Built for organized athlete development—not more disconnected information.

DiamondFrame is designed for teams, schools, clubs, and development programs that need coaches, players, support teams, and approved staff to work from the same plan.

Individual players should begin with the assessment that fits the question: a Professional-Style Player Scouting Report for a formal present-player profile, or an In-Person Player Evaluation for live instructional assessment. Organizations looking for a shared development structure should begin with a DiamondFrame consultation.

DiamondFrame is not:

  • A medical or injury-diagnosis system
  • A public player-ranking platform
  • A replacement for qualified coaches or medical professionals
  • An automated system making decisions about an athlete
  • A guarantee of performance, recruiting, or roster outcomes

WHAT THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES

A clear development record built around decisions and next steps.

Each approved athlete record can organize:

  • Current development priorities
  • The reason each priority matters
  • Coaching restrictions and approved boundaries
  • Assigned development work
  • Athlete feedback
  • Progress observations
  • The date or condition for the next review
  • A clear summary of what happens next

Organizational setup also defines:

  • Who can view or update information
  • What each role is responsible for
  • How families and athletes receive updates
  • How often progress is reviewed
  • What information should—and should not—be collected

THE DIAMONDFRAME LOOP

Four steps keep development connected. Scouting Reports, Player Evaluations, Development Blueprints, and Coaching remain distinct outputs inside the system.

STEP 1

Classify Evidence — Understand the current situation

Separate verified measurements, observed video, live instructional response, and reported context before priorities are set.

STEP 2

Govern — Set the priorities and boundaries

Coaches protect player welfare, permissions, communication, workload, and human coaching authority while deciding what matters now, what work is approved, and what restrictions apply.

STEP 3

Enhance — Put the plan into action

Assign approved development work through a Blueprint or coaching plan, explain responsibilities, and keep communication connected.

STEP 4

Review — Learn from the response

Review athlete feedback and progress, then adjust the plan responsibly.

How onboarding works

The system is shaped around the organization—not forced into a standard template.

Implementation timing and pricing are provided after the consultation, once the number of athletes, users, access roles, reporting needs, and required support are understood.

STEP 1

Consultation

We discuss the athletes you support, your current workflow, communication problems, and development goals.

STEP 2

Structure

We define user roles, access boundaries, consent expectations, reporting needs, and the review process.

STEP 3

Setup

The first athlete records, priorities, responsibilities, and communication workflow are organized.

STEP 4

Review

Coaches review how the system is being used and make adjustments as the program develops.

PRIVACY, ACCESS, AND CONSENT

Athlete information should have a clear purpose and a clear boundary.

Before implementation, the organization defines:

  • What information will be collected
  • Why that information is needed
  • Who is permitted to see it
  • Who can make changes
  • How athlete and family consent will be handled
  • How corrections or concerns will be addressed

Access is limited according to the approved role structure. DiamondFrame does not diagnose injuries or replace qualified medical care. Medical decisions remain with appropriately qualified professionals.

TWO WAYS TO BEGIN

Start with the path that fits the need.

For players and support teams

Need clear player-specific direction before choosing the next development step?

For teams, schools, clubs, and organizations

Need a shared system for priorities, responsibilities, communication, and review?

What the consultation covers
  • Who the organization supports
  • The current development process
  • Communication and reporting problems
  • Who needs access
  • Consent and information boundaries
  • The outcomes the organization wants to improve

There is no obligation to enroll. Final scope, implementation schedule, and pricing are provided only after the organization’s needs are understood.
