Professional-Style Player Scouting Reports
A formal, evidence-responsible assessment for youth through professional players. The report separates verified measurements, direct observation, repeated performance, reported context, and what could not be evaluated before describing the present profile, Development Priorities, and supportable projection.
REMOTE VIDEO SCOUTING REPORTS
WHAT THE REPORT MUST DO
The report helps the player make a better decision.
The purpose is clear direction—not more information without a plan.
PRESENT PLAYER & TOOL PROFILE
What the available evidence supports about the player now.
CONTEXT & PROJECTION
Age and competitive context only when the comparison is legitimate; projection only at the confidence level the evidence supports.
Final note: Categories that were not observed or do not have enough evidence are labeled Not Evaluated or Insufficient Evidence. Method: Observe → Verify → Compare → Interpret → Project → Quality Check. Evidence remains classified as verified objective evidence, direct observation, repeated performance evidence, reported context, or Not Evaluated / Insufficient Evidence. Measurements are interpreted through testing method, age, physical maturity, competition, and comparison group.
EVIDENCE-SUPPORTED STRENGTHS
What stands out, why it matters, and the evidence behind it.
LIMITATIONS, PRIORITIES & NEXT PATH
What was not evaluated, the clearest Development Priorities, and the recommended next direction.
SCOUTING REPORT OPTIONS
Choose the report that matches the question.
Each option is a formal remote video assessment based only on usable submitted evidence. Present ability and projection remain separate. Makeup is not assessed from a short video submission.
Focused Skill Scouting Report — Remote Video
$199 · One module: Hitting Mechanics, Pitching Delivery, Defense & Throwing, or Catching Mechanics.
Professional-Style Two-Way Player Scouting Report — Remote Video
$599 · Separate position-player and pitching scopes, with evidence, present findings, limitations, Development Priorities, and projection stated independently for each role.
Professional-Style Player Scouting Report — Remote Video
$399 · A broader present-player assessment. Position-player reports use HIT, POWER, ARM, DEFENSE, and RUN where evidence permits; pitcher and catcher reports use role-appropriate evidence categories and clearly stated limits.
30-Day Development Blueprint
+ $250, or $649 with the $399 Player Scouting Report.
Two-Way Development Blueprint
+ $350, or $949 with the $599 Two-Way Player Scouting Report.
Game Context Film Review
$299 · One complete game or up to 90 minutes of usable game-context footage. One game does not automatically verify complete game application, instincts, command, pitchability, or makeup.
Additional Scouting Skill Module
+ $149, only with the $399 Player Scouting Report in the same player track. Adding pitching requires the $599 Two-Way Player Scouting Report.
Standard reports provide clear findings, Development Priorities, evidence-based limitations, and a recommended next direction. Individualized drills, training volume, success criteria, and progressions are only included in a Development Blueprint or ongoing coaching.
VIDEO SUBMISSION STANDARD
Clear footage creates a more useful scouting report.
After the pre-evaluation form confirms the player’s track, you receive the exact position-specific instructions.
UNIVERSAL
Identify the athlete, age or graduation year, level, positions, bats and throws, recording date, drill context, and equipment. Keep the full body, ball, and result visible whenever the angle allows.
HITTING
Record open-side and behind homeplate views. Submit 8–10 consecutive swings from each view. Show the full body, contact, and ball flight. Identify tee, front toss, batting practice, machine, or live pitching.
INFIELD / OUTFIELD / FIRST BASE
Submit 4–6 consecutive repetitions showing the complete defensive action from first step through the throw. Include footwork, ball handling, exchange, and throwing. First basemen should also include receiving, picks, bag work, feeds, and throws.
PITCHING
Record open-side and behind homeplate views. Show the full delivery and ball flight. Submit 6 consecutive game-intent pitches after a normal warmup. Do not create a max-effort test for the scouting report.
GAME FILM
Submit the best available footage of the player in live competition. Include enough game action to evaluate how the player’s tools, movement, decisions, and skills translate to competition. Evaluations are based on the quality and context of the footage provided.
FOOTAGE QUALITY
If the angles, repetitions, or video quality do not support a responsible conclusion, replacement footage will be requested. The review clock pauses while usable replacement footage is outstanding. Missing information is not inferred.

60-YARD DASH
For remote evaluations, submit two continuous, normal-speed 60-yard dash attempts on a measured, flat surface. Keep the start and finish visible and position the camera near the finish line. Include the surface, footwear, conditions, and timing method. Hand times are considered estimates.
CATCHING
Show full-body receiving across locations, about six blocks, and 2-3 throws to second base with the target and ball flight visible.
Scouting Evidence Limits
EVIDENCE BOUNDARIES
Clear findings require clear limitations. The scouting report is a formal remote video assessment based only on usable submitted evidence.
Position Player
Remote video does not establish instincts, base-stealing judgment, teammate behavior, demeanor, or full game application.
Pitcher
Delivery footage does not establish pitch execution, command, pitchability, complete pitch mix, or game application.
Catcher
Controlled footage does not establish game management or verified pop time.
Game Film
Submitted film is only a situational sample and does not establish character, projection, or season-long performance.
Submitted Testing
Self-recorded results are labeled submitted information, not verified measurements.
