IN-PERSON BASEBALL PLAYER EVALUATION.
I start by watching the player perform the selected skill without coaching. That gives me a clear look at the natural action, what already works, and what needs attention first. I then test an adjustment and watch how the player responds.
Useful repetitions are recorded for review. The written evaluation explains the strengths to protect, the first development priority, and the recommended next step. Delivery is within 2 business days after the session is completed and any required materials are available.

The evaluation may include one immediate practice focus when appropriate. It does not include a full individualized drill program. Drills, training volume, success criteria, progressions, regressions, and ongoing reassessment belong to a separately scoped Development Blueprint or coaching service. Fit and availability are confirmed before additional support is purchased.
This evaluation addresses the selected skills in a live training setting. Practice shows the action and the response to instruction. Game performance requires a separate look at how the player recognizes, decides, and executes in competition.
